NVPI offers that and more! We inspect each property as if we were buying it. To ensure quality service, we usually do only two inspections a day. At the end of the inspection, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report unique to your property. At NVPI our goal is to make your property buying experience less stressful and more enjoyable. This should be an exciting time for you.
Our fees are based on the age, size, complexity and use of the property and any other special requirements that affect the performance of the inspection. Larger homes, older homes or homes in poor condition will incur a premium.
Also propertys out of our service area may incur a travel premium.
