agentlist.jpgWe recognize that you spend a lot of your time marketing your services and building your business, which is why we want to make sure your clients are getting the most comprehensive, professional inspections available.

Our commitment to you is to ease the tension between buyer and seller through proper communication. All homes have defects and our clients have a right to be aware of issues affecting the safety and value of their home.

A good communicator can put these issues in proper perspective without unnecessarily alarming the client. A thorough API home inspection can be used as a tool to assist in creating confidence in your buyer.

Recommending a home inspection can increase your credibility and reputation by showing your client that you understand the importance of this major investment. An informed client is less likely to suffer buyer's remorse and help build your referral business.

Our job is to document the condition of a property your client is considering. We are also responsible to our client to educate them on issues that may be affecting the property they are considering. Our promise to you is that we will always act in a responsible and professional way. This means using a common sense approach to putting problems into proper perspective. Putting things in perspective for clients allows them to make educated decisions about how they want to handle the disclosures.

We do not make recommendations about the overall value of a property or whether or not they should negotiate based on our disclosures.

Many home inspectors simply lack the vision or personal communication skills required to keep everything in perspective for your clients. We simply provide them with the facts and put them into proper perspective.

We are highly educated, honest and ethical. We understand the big picture and we are interested in helping everyone understand the condition of the house they are interested in.
